Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at info@ecospiritualpathtothewildheart.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Participants should be willing to fully engage in the six-month journey, which includes:

  • A commitment to daily practices (meditation, journaling, nature immersion).
  • Openness to self-inquiry, reflection, and deep inner work.
  • Participation in 1:1 guidance sessions and group interactions.
  • Respect for the structured nature of the program and its teachings.
  • A willingness to disconnect from distractions and immerse in the process.

No prior experience is required. The program is designed to meet you where you are, whether you're new to meditation or have been practicing for years. Guidance is provided to help you establish and deepen your practice.

Participants should expect to dedicate 60-90 minutes per day to personal practices, including:

  • 20 minutes of meditation
  • 30-60 minutes of nature connection
  • 10 minutes of journaling
There are also scheduled 1:1 guidance calls and group discussions throughout the program.

No, this program is not religious, though it draws from Zen practice, indigenous wisdom, and spiritual traditions that emphasize direct experience, presence, and connection. There is no requirement to believe in anything—only an invitation to explore what is true for you.

This program is not a replacement for therapy or crisis intervention. If you are in an acute crisis, experiencing severe mental distress, or need medical support, please seek professional care. This program is best suited for those who are seeking deep transformation and healing.

This program is not therapy—it is a guided healing journey rooted in meditation practice, nature-based wisdom, somatic awareness, and deep self-inquiry. Unlike traditional mental health approaches, this program moves beyond symptom management and focuses on profound inner transformation. It is experiential, non-clinical, and rooted in direct connection with nature and self-discovery.

If you resonate with the following, this program may be a great fit:

  • You feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed by modern life.
  • You are seeking a deeper healing path outside of traditional mental health and addiction recovery models.
  • You are open to meditation, nature-based practices, and somatic healing.
  • You are willing to engage in self-inquiry and personal transformation.
  • You are ready to commit to six months of structured guidance and practice.

 A Relational Approach to Payment

We believe that payment should honor the relationship between the provider and the recipient, rather than commodifying the program as a product. Our approach fosters a mutual exchange built on trust and value, rather than a hierarchical buyer-seller dynamic.

  1. Recipient-Determined Payment: Instead of setting a fixed price, we invite participants to determine their own payment based on the value they have received. This ensures that the exchange reflects the program’s true impact on their lives rather than an arbitrary price point.
  2. Inclusive Access: While we recognize that financial means vary, no one will be excluded due to an inability to pay. This approach removes the discomfort that can come with requesting financial assistance, making participation more accessible to all.
  3. An Exchange of Value: We do not question or negotiate what each participant chooses to contribute. Instead, we receive each payment as an authentic expression of appreciation and an acknowledgment of the relationship that has been formed.

Participants receive:

  • Regularly scheduled online meetings with Ecospiritual guide privately and with a supportive cohort over the six months.
  • Group discussions with others on the same journey.
  • Readings, reflections, and nature-based exercises tailored to each phase of healing.
  • Teachings from Zen teacher and Registered Maine Guide, Roshi Peter Wohl.

Our program is based on simplicity and access.  All that is required is:

  • A quiet space for daily meditation.
  • Access to nature (a park, forest, backyard, or any quiet outdoor space).
  • A journal for reflections.
  • An openness to fully engaging in the process.

If this program speaks to you, reach out for an initial conversation to see if it’s the right fit. The journey begins when you decide to take the first step.
